Rice Krispie Peanut Butter Clusters

Sometimes you just need a super simple and quick go to, and this is one of them. This no-bake recipe is just 5 ingredients and all it requires and melting and mixing. (And depending on the brand of Rice Krispies you use they are also gluten free!)

The variation in the textures between the peanuts, marshmallows, and Rice Krispies make this simple recipe soooooo good.

1 lb white melting chocolate
1-1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1-1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1 cup peanuts
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Melt the white chocolate over the stove using a double boiler or in the microwave. If using the microwave, melt for 30 seconds and stir followed by 15 second intervals until it is fully melted. Stir in the peanut butter until the mixture is smooth and fully mixed. Stir in the Rice Krispies, peanuts, and mini marshmallows. Drop scoops onto parchment paper or wax paper until they set up.
