Ok, these might be my new favorite muffins. I made these gluten free so that I could eat some, but my non-gluten-free family ate them so quickly that I almost didn’t get a picture.

I love all things chocolate so I have been on a quest to develop a chocolate muffin recipe that doesn’t taste gluten free and I’m very happy to have finally landed on this recipe.

This bread is made with fresh blueberries and lemons and is gluten free, but you’d never know! It is CRAZY moist because of a secret ingredient.
